Drivers provide their mobile number and agree to receive these operational text messages as part of their onboarding with the company, where they sign an acknowledgment consenting to dispatch-related SMS. This consent is recorded in the company's personnel records.

Messages are transactional and operational only — new dispatch assignments and links to the company's secure driver application. There is no marketing or promotional content, and numbers are not shared with third parties.

During development and testing, the only recipient is the account owner's own verified phone number.
